One AWAKE 12 day old

You know how they say newborns are up all night and sleep all day?!?! Well, not this lil guy....he knew the camera was on and wanted to see what was going on. Awww...I could have held him all day long, reminded me of when Braxton was this little (tear). Mr. Cooper was so sweet and cuddly, loved hearing the noises they make so early.

What a $1 worth of balloons will do.....

What a night we all had. Last Friday my bro-in-law had his 20 year high school reunion (oldie). Anyways I told Piper & Stacy that I wanted Riley to stay the night w Brax and I. Oh what fun we had (I promise no sugar Piper)!!!! Anyways we went over to Natalie's house (aka Nat Nat as Brax calls her) for dinner and a water balloon fight. I tell ya, a $1 goes a long ways on balloons. The kids had a blast and so did we!!!! We loved seeing their faces when we chased them with the balloons. U see Brax's shorts...hehe?!?! He was so upset at me that I didn't bring him any "swim shorts" b/c all the other kids had their swimming clothes on...oops!!! So, he borrowed a pair of Layla's shorts, and well ugh-they fell off of him. So Nat Nat had a great idea to tie a rubber band around the shorts. Great thinkin Nat! Brax might look funny in the shorts, but he was so excited when they finally stayed up.

This was before Nat Nat figured out the rubber band trick :)

Beautiful Family

I can't tell you how long I have waited to get my camera on this family!!! I have never actually met sweet lil Kate (Kater-Poo) in person, until today. I feel like I know her every step, every smile, every laughter, every tear, every sound and have seen every milestone through her Mommy's blog http://sarahandbradthomas.blogspot.com/ (aka The Thomas Family)!!! Thank goodness for all you Bloggers!!! I love reading up on them and what they are doing because they live 3 hours away : (

Here's Kate who just had her FIRST BIRTHDAY!!!! Awww what a doll she is. She has the sweetest lil grin that will grab a hold of your heart forever! And OH THOSE EYES she has....I could go on & on about them!!!!! I loved seeing the look in her eyes when she saw Mommy & Daddy....what a priceless day! Thank you Thomas Family for letting me capture this day for you!!!!

Sooo in LOVE!!!

Here's Mark & Lena.....what a FANTASTIC couple!!! These two were so natural and it made taking pictures very easy ;)!!! They are getting married July 11th, and I can't wait to celebrate this special day with them. They are sooo much in love and these pictures are proof! Thank you two for letting me capture this special time for you!!!

After 264 hours.....

I finally got to see my son, and I couldn't wait any longer!!!! When Brax first saw me he said "Momma, Momma, Momma I wub (love) you!!!" He just hug and squeezed me sooo tight..it was the best feeling! We got home and the fam came over to see Brax as well. They all couldn't wait, especially his cousin Riley. Awww how they missed each other. They played so hard and chased each other around. Brax's new thing is he likes to play "dead". You will see Riley pulling him around. They were cracking up. Then Brax decided to get the water hose out and do some "watering" or should we say SPRAYING MOMMY! He thought it was so cute that Mommy was soaked. Hope you enjoy these pics as much as I do! I missed my lil man soooo much!!!!

Sooooo Excited!!!!!

I get to see my boy in 10 mins! Awwww...how I can't wait to hold him in my arms!!!!! Its been 11 days exactly, thats 264 hours without him :(

Missing you.....

Ok, Mommy is missing you sooooo much...and it has only been 3 days!!!! I DID get to talk to you today and let me tell ya...U sure do know how to brighten my day! "Momma you there, I go real fast on Ranger, and I get stuck, Momma I wub (love) you, you ok? I miss you I will talk to you later!!!!" Tear...it is so hard to hang up the phone. Just hearing your voice and knowing that you are smiling and laughing sure does make Mommy feel good!!! I miss everything about you! You being all boy and running through the mud, you acting like a Monster Truck, your smiles, your laughter, your XOXO, your pouts when I didn't cut up your pancakes right, you telling me "I do it all by myself"......ok I could go on & on. Better get me another box of kleenex's....until next time Brax I can't wait to see you!!!!!!!
